"Prime Capital" LLC was registered and licensed by the Central Bank of Armenia in 2014 as an investment company.

Taking into account the experience gained during its activity, the feedback from its customers and striving to expand and specialize in the chosen field, the Company was re-registered and re-licensed by the Central Bank of Armenia as an investment fund manager in 2019.

The company is specialized in securities market, and provides its services for both the investor group through fund management, and for each customer through portfolio management.

Funds managed by the company are:

• "Prime Invest" non-public, specialized, interval, contractual investment fund

• "Prime Prof" non-public, specialized (with additional risk), interval, contractual investment fund for qualified investors

"Prime Capital" LLC performs its duties on a proper professional level, based on the interests of shareholders. 

The company sees its mission in providing comprehensive financial services aimed to strengthen its customers' financial stability.

 

The goal of the company is to support the development of the financial market, to create greater confidence among investors and promote new investment tools.
