In compliance with the requirements of the RA Law on the Financial System Mediator, “Prime Capital” LLC has approved the Customer Complaints Review Procedure, which aims to establish the rules for submitting complaints, investigation and decision-making, as well as the process of protecting the rights and interests of customers, prompt and effective discussion of their claims, increasing public confidence towards the Company.
